BBI Partner Launch Their First TV Campaign.

Trainsplit, the split ticketing arm of Raileasy, are one of BBI Managers' commercial partners. They launch their first ever TV campaign today and they will be running a series of ads across Sky TV’s range of channels promoting their market leading split ticket service.

Split ticketing enables rail travellers to save significant amounts of money.  Rather than buying a through ticket it can often work out cheaper to break the journey down into separate legs. Rail goers might be carrying a few extra tickets but the average saving is around 27% although it can be as high as 70%. People have been travelling in this way for years but the Trainsplit website means they can now enjoy these benefits with one simple transaction and they have saved their customers over £12m in the last year.

This is the latest development from the innovative rail ticketing company. Raileasy built a unique and popular scheme that enables charities, clubs and associations to raise funds through rail travel. They have also recently launched a corporate scheme that is helping businesses to reduce the spend on rail travel by around 30%.

George Sikking, Raileasy’s Managing Director, said “It has been a very exciting couple of years for Raileasy as our split ticketing service is changing the way people plan their rail travel. By reducing the costs our customers can travel further and more often and, in many cases, they are leaving their cars behind which is also more eco friendly. We hope our TV ad spreads the word about split ticketing and helps even more people to save money on rail travel”.

The Trainsplit TV ad was produced by Karma Creative and is planned to run throughout the rest of 2018.
