Service with a Smile

We were pleased to see Roger Bootle's recent article in the Daily Telegraph, lamenting the poor performance of many large organisations in terms of Customer Service response (Monday 21 August).

We have recently launched a similar campaign under the banner "Service with a Smile". Our latest narrative relates to the closure of our business account by Barclays, which we've forwarded to the Financial Ombudsman Service. We welcome any similar anecdotes relating to good and bad service issues.
